This is one of the liquor store's hanpukai
I had never heard of this sake brewer before, but apparently his son is famous for joining Real Madrid's lower division (I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the name 🙇♂️).
When I drank it, the sweetness spread over my mouth, but it was not a sticky sweetness, but an elegant sweetness!
There is no carbonation or fizziness, and no aroma, but the taste is refreshing and delicious!
I am amazed at the variety of sakes available every day!
I would like to try other brands if I have a chance, as it seems to be a Shiga sake!
