I didn't hesitate to buy it again this year because of the fiercely cute label.
I was surprised to see a rabbit on a horse. I was curious to know who designed this label.
When I opened the bottle, I felt a light pressure.
The ginjo aroma wafted lightly. In the mouth, it has a fresh umami and a light acidity.
It is not too sweet, and the umami is complex and delicious. There is no sawdust smell and the bitterness is not strong.
None of the flavors are too much or not enough.
It is also good as a food sake.
A good start to the new year.
