NoriThis is a rare sake with a sake content of minus 15. There are many sakes that are all about the positive side, but this is the first time I have seen one that sells the negative side.
The color is a bit yellow. When you drink it, it is naturally sweet but quite sharp and not sticky. Quite an interesting sake.
