A glass at the corner bar.
The texture is smooth, and the color is a clear pale gold. The heady aroma is subdued, but there is a distinctive aroma, perhaps due to the fact that it is a kijo-zake.
In the mouth, it has a thick honey-like texture and sweetness that reminded me of bekko candy. The ingredients include sake that has been aged for five years, so there was a hint of maturity in the taste.
As a whole, it had a dessert-like taste and a rounded nobi-jo-shu.
