Caught my first beetle of the year on the work premises the other night during the night shift! I got a great one 😆 (👈Go ahead and do your job!)
I opened a bottle of this beer at the end of the night shift, as I did last year 🍾, thinking that it was already that season....
It's been a while since I've had a Sentori, but the acidity is still amazing❣️.
The first time I opened the bottle, the acidity was ahead of the others. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out and it's delicious 😋.
We are happy to enjoy another summer of Kabutomushi with everyone at Sake-no-wa 😊Cheers❣️
