Sake recommended to go with chocolate
Sake with 13% alcohol by volume, just like wine!
It seems to go with everything!
It certainly goes well with chocolate!
It has a pineapple or tangerine fruit flavor.
but the aftertaste is not too strong.
Also served with persimmon and baby leaf salad!
Sake is so much fun!
