za.warudoBeautifully sublime! It’s texture is built around the taste of umami, with just the right level of sweetness, acidity and bitterness, their presence are clearly felt but not excessive. It’s like a piece of snowflake melting at the tip of your tongue. The nosing is not strongly aromatic but quite like fermented rice! Well done iso-jiman, I’m so incredibly impressed!
