There seems to be just a little bit of color. Soft aroma from the bowl, sweetness and sourness.
I was worried that it might be twisted but it was fine 😅.
I had an image that Taiheikai had a strong aroma and flavor, but this sake was crisp.
Or rather, I feel that this was the case for all sake produced in the summer this year. I wonder if it is because the summer heat lasted for a long period of time or something?
