Niigata's popular sake Abeno's standard Junginshu: ❣️
There are Vol.1 and 2 in different tanks, and I really wanted to compare them, but I had to choose one with 2 for crying out loud 🥲.
On the first day of opening the bottle, it was clear, mild and gentle umami (＾ω＾).
From the second day, the sweetness and deliciousness increased. ⤴️
The refreshing acidity also combined with the sweetness and tartness makes it pleasantly intoxicating 😍.
The store I usually go to sells out of Abe very quickly, but I'm sure that's understandable 😋.
