ちのVery fruity. It has a sweetness similar to green apple that lingers a bit in the mouth. I think there is a slight fizzy sensation in the mouth, just a little bit because it is a raw sake.
The sweetness can handle the sweetness of half-boiled egg tsukune. But I wonder if it will win over salmon sashimi and octopus sashimi.
