ほしやす
This is a sparkling Shichibonspear.
First of all, it is second fermentation in the bottle, so if you open it all at once, it will spew out a lot. You have to repeat the process of opening, closing, opening and closing again.
The taste is delicious with sourness and acidity. It has a light sweetness and acidity, and the alcohol content is 7 degrees, so it is a tasty juice. 350ml, so you can finish it in one go. It is an expensive shochu liqueur.
