This time, it was a draft sake, but it still had a refreshing and clean aroma, restrained sweetness, gentle and mild umami, and a very clean and sharp aftertaste.
I drank it cold, and it was quite easy to drink. If it were hi-ire, it might seem too light to me. I think lukewarm heating would be just right.
