Classic Sake
Kato Sake Brewery was founded in Edo (present-day Tokyo) and is located in Joetsu City. The brewery does not make sake for competitions, but aims to make reasonably priced sake that can be enjoyed on a daily basis.
Kato Sake Brewery is located on Sado Island.
