The third drink at Ichinoichi.
This was probably my first time here, too, and it was Chiyomusubi.
This is a sweet and rich sake😍.
This is my favorite sake.
I was thinking of what to pair it with, but the owner's signature soaked salmon roe in soy sauce...yum!
The saltiness of the soy sauce and the sweetness of the sake is a perfect match 🥰.
I didn't have much sake left and I didn't have enough for a whole cup, so I quickly drank it all up.
