Smooth on the palate, with a hint of pear.
Overall, it is refreshing and has little volume. It is light in a good sense, though the umami is well expressed.
As expected of Hououmida, it is juicy and fresh even though it is hiyaoroshi.
It has a good balance of sweetness and sweetness, and has an aftertaste that does not linger.
It is so complete.
