This is nigori sake from a wooden vat.
When you open the bottle, it is shuwa shuwa. It is naturally stirred!
When you put it in your mouth, wow! It's so tangy!
The aroma is of melon, cucumber, or cucumber melon.
The wooden barrels made of Yoshinosugi cedar give off a subtle aroma, which is a nice touch.
The sweetness of rice spreads moderately.
The sweetness is not so strong and goes well with eel bowl. It is delicious!
