Miyazaki Prefecture 🍶. You can't find it in liquor stores or supermarkets in Hiroshima city, so I bought it online🙂.
It is a four-stage brewing process using "Hanakagura," Miyazaki Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing, and is mentioned as a sake with a clean, umami flavor.
A classic type with a rich flavor and a mellow aroma that spreads in the mouth as you drink it. It has a little bit of alciness 🤔.
I think it is suitable for a mealtime drink as it has a smooth aftertaste 😊It goes well with cheese 🧀!
