I went back to my father's parents' house in Ise.
I asked him if he could buy some Jijima for me, and he bought a bottle for me. By the way, people tend to misunderstand that it's easy to get it in Mie, but people in the prefecture don't know about Jijima. (Even my parents don't know about it).
There is only one shop in the prefecture that specializes in this product, so it's difficult to get it.
Now, the first aroma is full of green apples.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel some gas because it is raw.
The sweetness is there, but it's not so sweet that it's strong.
It was too luxurious to accompany Matsuzaka beef sukiyaki.

Good evening, Miki-san!
There's been a lot of media coverage about the sake boom in Japan, but it seems that it's only really popular in the Tokyo area! Thank you very much!
