This one uses Kameyama yeast. The aroma is clear Japanese pear, grapefruit, and herbs. The mouthfeel is very pleasant with a refreshing acidity, followed by a delicious sweetness from the rice 😋😋😋😋😋.
A great bottle of sake with a harmony of sake-like and modern drinkability👍
