The sake is made by milling the koji rice to 45% of Daiginjo-grade rice! The sake is said to be "clean".
It has a sweetness and juiciness that is addictive, with just the right amount of acidity and gasiness, and is so good that I don't think there is anyone who wouldn't like it!
