Alcohol 16%, Polishing ratio 45%. Junmai Daiginjo spec. The rice used is Momota. I have never heard of it. The aftertaste is light and refreshing in a good way. Since it is a Yamato Shizuku, I thought it would have a more robust rice flavor, but I was surprised. The label is beautiful and I don't dislike it.
