Finally, it's time to taste SENKOU Etoebari!
I've had a lot of limited editions, but it's been a while since I've tasted a regular Sengoku.
The aroma is quite strong with lactic acidity and citrus acidity, with a touch of sweetness, giving it a sweet and sour image.
The previous Sentori Modern was also sweet and sour, but more fruity.
Since it is unfiltered raw sake, there is a slight carbonation, but not so much that it affects the taste.
The taste is definitely sweet and sour, but surprisingly not too sweet and sour.
The acidity is mainly a mellow sweetness that enhances the thickness of the flavor, and the taste is clear and transparent for a lactic acid type sake.
It is easy to drink and tastes good.
This is a good sake that deserves to be SENKYO's signature sake from now on.
