I've had it every time for the past few years, maybe the 3rd or 4th time 😋.
Maybe the specs are the same as usual.
Fresh, slightly effervescent, viscous when cold.
Green apple-like flavor with a refreshing sweetness 🍏.
I think it also features a rather volumetric 🙂.
I felt again this time that it is a very positive sake. ☀️
I think it is possible to make a sake with such a different character using Gohyakumangoku produced in Niigata Prefecture 😦.
Of course there are differences in yeast and production...
If Niigata is like Burgundy (a very strong analogy), it is the same Chardonnay (even Ihyakumangoku!). But this one is like a wine from the South of France (also very aggressive ^^;)✨
