I happened to go in by mistake and found a nice pre-opening restaurant! (Translated by.)
4-4 Horikawa-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City
Closed on Sundays, Japanese/Western style Natsume
This restaurant was a warm and nice place where you could feel the love for sake and other drinks and food.
The sake was priced with the sake brewer and drinker in mind, and the way the sake was managed and served was well done. Perhaps that is why, in a world where resale is so common, Horie Sake Brewery's Kinjaku, whose sales channels are properly managed, was placed in this store.
I had heard rumors about this Kinjaku. I never thought I would come across it in a place like this.
Once again, I was surprised at the wide variety of flavors in sake. It is amazing how rice, water, and microorganisms can change the flavor so much depending on the brewer, brewery, and region.
It was a delicious sake, fruity, tingling on the tongue, and with a healthy yeast.
It's the kind of sake that you drink forever, like it's gone after you've had it, but it's so good that you want the next one right away.
