Kudokibe Junmai Daiginjo Kuzushi Namazume
The first time I drank Kudokibe was a Junmai Daiginjo, 33% polished rice.
I was so impressed with how clear it was that Jr. and I have been captivated by it ever since.
It has a very beautiful, elegant and fruity aroma.
The taste is sweet and full of umami, yet clear.
Hats off to the deliciousness that comes rushing in from behind 🥰.
The long aftertaste is also deep.
