I wanted to have another drink on the Shinkansen, so I asked the vendor on board the train, and he told me that there was a Junmai and unfiltered version. When I opened it without much expectation, it came in with a crisp, clean, dry taste at first, but as soon as it slipped into my nostrils, I could feel the deliciousness of the rice softly. It's also a solidly serious one-cup. Cheers.
