I thought it was melon, but after reading your post and others, I realized again => it is pineapple.
I would enjoy it as an aperitif with a glass of wine or after dinner with a bitter dessert.
As the label says, it has a gorgeous and sweet taste, and I think even non-drinkers can enjoy it.
