Higu
Lunch on the second day of the Hokuriku Support Tour after returning safely from Kuroyanagi Onsen. We visited Kawaga in Unazuki Onsen.
We had a light lunch in preparation for the evening. We each had a bowl of oden and a bowl of kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), and then we compared three local Toyama sake brands.
Hokiyo, Tamagokyu, and Gen no Taki.
The aftertaste was strong, not my favorite, but we were cheering for Hokuriku.
