Isshaku Suisei. It is a matter of course that it is delicious. It is a sake that should be described how it tastes.
However, it is difficult to describe its charm in detail. My taste buds and vocabulary are so overwhelmed by the harmony of the five tastes that are intertwined in the depths of my mind that I am unable to do anything but say how delicious it is.
It is so noble that it would be impolite to speak of it in mere words, and yet so warm that it reminds me of the home of my soul. Or perhaps it is art in the form of sake.
