新舘幸樹
How many years has it been since I had a bottle of this classic sake?
I went to the store and picked up a bottle.
And it is Yamada-Nishiki, which is a royal road.
It's been a while since I had it, so I can't say for sure, but at best it is natural. To put it badly, it has no impact. That was my first impression. First comes the sourness and sweetness. Then comes bitterness. The pungency is almost imperceptible. The bitterness seems to be a little accent.
However, it has no habit, so you can drink it smoothly. Personally, I would prefer it to be a little more biased somewhere else, but maybe this is the way it is made because of the seasonal sake.
I think beginners will appreciate it to a certain degree.
I think it is a good bottle for when you are in a bind.
I think it is completely a matter of taste. It is a bad impression comment, but it is a very good sake.
