Despite the murderous name, the palate is very clean and refreshing. In a good way, it is hard to believe that it is brewed by the same Mr. Harper. I felt it was unique among Tamagawa's offerings. While it has the freshness of a pure sake, it has a flavor and richness that does not end with being just plain light. I like Tamagawa after all.
