Inoshishi
This sakè has a misterious label, it's not possible to understand what kind of sakè is until you taste it. As soon as I opened the bottle I perceived a smell similar to blue cheese, luckily this smell disappeared shortly after. This has a lite flavor of Koshu and Namazake, but I don't know but even the smell of blue cheese has vanished, i still feel sort of cheese... Edit: At low temperature it has some kind of cocoa, I absolutely suggest very cold!
