As the warning notes say, the bottle undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, so you need to be extremely careful to open the cork. In my image, it is about as slow as opening a Coke that has been shaken as hard as you can so as not to spill it.
The aroma is sweet and fruity thanks to the carbonation bubbling up from the glass. The sweetness and umami of the rice spreads in the mouth as you take a sip, just like a fine Champagne.
Even after finishing the drink, the sweetness and umami of the rice remains, leaving a superb aftertaste.
The luxurious, elegant, and high quality feel of this sake is like that of the Kano sisters. It is a marvelous sake.
