Sake from Tochigi Prefecture that I went to Okayama to purchase
I've often read about this sake in books, but I've never been able to find it for sale anywhere.
I have not had a ginjo in a long time, and it has a strong ginjo aroma and a fruity sweetness!
The sake is made from Yamadanishiki koji rice and Gohyakumangoku kake rice.
It is a beautiful sake.
