The weather has cooled down completely and the time is not right for Kabutomushi...^^;.
It is light like a summer sake. Delicious again this year 😃 I was surprised that the alcohol is 14 degrees. I thought it would be lower.
The Akinatai fish seems to be undercooked, but it is cooked properly! But still, summer sake and akitogi...a little different atmosphere?
And the golden kabuto is still around too 🤣.
