I often drink sake from the Tohoku region, but I was surprised that I didn't drink Yamagata Prefecture's sake at home!
I had seen your post about Shiroro Taruzu and wanted to try it, so I went to a liquor store that seemed to carry it from the brewery's website. I went to a liquor store that seemed to carry it based on the brewery's website.
The aroma was slightly fruity and syrupy like pineapple, juicy and fermented like yogurt. It has a good flavor, sourness, and a little bitterness, but not too sweet and refreshing. Delicious 😄Thanks for the treat!
