We were seated in a bottle case that had been turned inside out (lol).
We took our time to enjoy it~.
They say this sake is made from Noto rice from Ishikawa Prefecture.
Very easy to drink! The aftertaste is a bit mellow.
There were many paid tastings.
I would definitely like to visit this brewery again next time!

The biggest surprise is its location.
The island beauty was located behind the Ousho restaurant, which I have visited many times. You don't notice it, do you?
It was quite a walk in the heat!
But it was very interesting!
