寅之助This is my first Morishima. I finally found a distributor and was able to buy it ☺️.
It was characterized by minerality and bitterness. It is a very light and fresh sake that is made according to the Morishima brewery's commitment.
<Fine Impressions
On the palate, you first feel a neat, unassertive sweetness and umami. It has a mineral feel and goes down the throat easily, giving an overall sharp impression. I felt a bitterness in the aftertaste, but not an unpleasant feeling that sticks to the bottom.
