This is a four-stage roman brewed in the fall. The sweetness, which is typical of Romain, gives it a solid richness and umami. Personally, I prefer the normal roman yadajyu, but it's also great for an autumnal snack! It's a good autumnal drink, though some people might say it smells fishy. ★★★
