Tonight we had #Mimuro-Sugi Bodai-Hashiroshi from #Imanishi Sake Brewery in Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture with the leftover tempura from last night.
It was a gift, but I didn't know it was a 13% sake until I opened it.
It has a light sweet and sour taste with a complex flavor deep inside. It also has a slight chiri-chiri-ness, and if you are not careful, you can easily drink it.
