The alcohol is not too bad, but you are surrounded by the gentle sourness of the rice. Is this what "Marumi" is like? I don't like to use the expression "ginjo aroma" too much, but this is exactly the aroma of a refreshing ginjo aroma. There are no miscellaneous flavors, and it is super clean, like a model of Junmai Daiginjo. It is an honor student.
At the end, it fades out with a refreshing acidity.
