I bought a drinking set to commemorate my first visit to a sake brewery!
-----
1. dry
It's refreshing! It's dry but not harsh and easy to drink.
The aroma may not be so strong. Maybe that's why it's a little thin. But it's so good that it's sad that there are only a few because it's for comparison.

2. umakuchi
The aroma and mouthfeel are a little sweet, but it is refreshing.
The sourness of the taste makes it seem more like a dry sake, but it also has a sweetness, so it is a middle palate.
Personally, I prefer dry sake!

Nice aroma! Sweet but refreshing and very easy to drink. The ricey aroma lingers the most after drinking.
