I didn't know about Shimane sake, but it was of a high level: ‼️
According to people from Shimane, the origin of sake is Shimane 😄.
I always thought it originated in Nara Prefecture because I've been to the sake shrine at Taijin Shrine 💦.
I wonder which one it is ⁉️
Aside from that, this sake is very beautifully made: ‼️
The sake is quite soft ✨✨
The total balance is outstanding 😋.
I would love to visit this brewery again 🍶.
