The aroma, yes, it's rice. When I put it in my mouth, there is what I call a gassy feeling, and I can feel the acidity. After that, the bitterness spreads and lingers for a while. I think this is the first time I've ever tasted a sake with so much bitterness. This is delicious in its own way.
