All the breweries here were yamahai. Yamahai has an image of "heavy", "thick", and "lumpy" 😫.
However, I heard it won the "Best Sake in a Wine Glass Award 🍷" 👀.
I was skeptical and decided to give it a try.
Light flavor despite being Yamahai.
It has an honest sweetness and a refreshing taste.
This would go well with a glass of wine 🍷.
It has a thick core and a thick throat, creating a presence that is typical of Japanese sake.
