Mellow, lychee-like sweetness on the nose. There is a slightly strong attack, with a complex sweetness, gasiness, and bitterness. The second half of the bottle finishes with a rather long finish that finishes with a rich umami and bitterness.
Although Eiko Fuji gave the impression of being sweet, this sake had not only sweetness, but also a strong bitterness and umami, making it a very drinkable sake.
