The last one was a sake from Hyogo, which has nothing to do with Ehime 😆.

The first thing you feel when drinking it is a clear, refined sweetness. It spreads smoothly on the tongue with no cloying taste.
After that, a sharp spiciness quickly appears and tightens the overall impression. It is clear and refreshing on the throat.
I drank it swishily and still don't know why I bought it together 🙄.
