A very rare junmai sake made with 100% Niigata-grown Yamadanishiki and 90% polished rice.
It is very hot and has a sharp aftertaste.
When you are told that it is rare, it makes you curious.
I took the waiter's good description and took a sip first.
It was delicious. I wonder if this is the kind of "spiciness" that so-called "spiciness" lovers are looking for.
I like the name and the package.
