さしゅー
Today is the first time in a long time that I have been to Amami! Maybe it's the first time since Mr. Toji left...
The aroma is muscat, which is typical of Amami. The aroma is muscat, with a moderate sweetness and a slight carbonation (^o^), and the flavor is sour and bitter. The aftertaste is firm. Delicious, but the alcohol taste is bothersome at the end. The previous Yukiten had more sweetness and balance...maybe because it's only the first day...well, it's still delicious, but maybe my expectations were a little too high.
