Takatsugu
A bottle I met and fell in love with in Ehime, where I was on an expedition. I opened a bottle of Yamato Gokoro (Japanese heart) Nama Sake.
It is a raw sake brewed with Matsuyama Mitsui, a sake rice produced in Ehime Prefecture, and carefully squeezed in a sake bag.
The taste is full of flavor and fresh, with a slight effervescence, sweetness, and acidity. It is well-balanced and always fresh and impressive whether you drink it or not...this is delicious ❗️.
This is my first time to drink Ehime's sake, but it's a very impressive one. It's a great ministry!
